Thank you for choosing DALI ELECTRONICS. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures and policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and payment security.-

  1. Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. If the payment for the order has not been processed within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  2. Credit Card Holder and Buyer’s Name: To prevent fraudulent activities, the credit card holder’s name and the buyer’s name must match. If there is a discrepancy between these names, the order will be cancelled.
  3. Refund Process: a. If an order is not cancelled within 24 hours and no payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. b. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed but before shipment, a refund will be issued minus any applicable processing fees. c. If an order is cancelled after shipment, the customer may be eligible for a refund upon returning the product(s) within 7 working days in accordance with our Return Policy.
  4. Return Policy: Our Return Policy governs the process for returning products and requesting refunds. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on eligibility, procedures, and timelines for returns and refunds.
  5. Payment Fraud: DALI ELECTRONICS is not responsible for any credit card or payment fraud. We take measures to verify the identity of buyers and credit card holders, but customers are advised to exercise caution and report any suspicious activities related to their orders or payments.

  7. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.


By placing an order with DALI ELECTRONICS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Refund and Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms and conditions. Thank you for choosing DALI ELECTRONICS.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+77bb04fb758d4641b7a29f07bd9cf8cd@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
